Guest Feedback or Guest posting option

Add an option so that the guest user (a user who has not logged in) can also make a post or upvote any of the posts.

1. It will be optional; any product admin who wants can enable it from their product setting.
2. When a guest is adding a post, it should ask for their name & email address.
3. There should be some IP-based restriction so that it does not get abused.
4. The same users should not be able to upvote a post multiple times; it should be only once.
