Post control for admin needs improvements

Currently, for each post on the left-hand side, it displays some of the controls for admin to make it public, private, add tags, and AI summaries. These are all different cards; merge them into one card.
Also, mention it somewhere inside the card in muted small font - Post control only visible to admin, so that admin will know it is only visible to them and will not get confused.
