Daily or Weekly Report Email is good. The only thing that needs to be improved is removing the empty space from the email. Suppose there are no new posts or new likes, then all the spaces that show "No records" occupy a lot, so minimize this space so that everything is clear.
Add an option so that the guest user (a user who has not logged in) can also make a post or upvote any of the posts. 1. It will be optional; any product admin who wants can enable it from their product setting. 2. When a guest is adding a post, it should ask for their name & email address. 3. There should be some IP-based restriction so that it does not get abused. 4. The same users should not be able to upvote a post multiple times; it should be only once. Also consider security measures
When someone is adding a new post, it should show all the related posts below it while entering the title. This will help to avoid duplicate posts.
All the admins and team members of a particular product should receive daily or weekly reports of everything going on inside their board. It should have the following details: • All new posts added • New comments added • Upvotes • Change in status All this should be present in the email so that they will know what is going on inside their board. Also, there should be a setting option to select getting this email daily, weekly, or to disable it
In roadmap, we should be able to drag-n-drop posts from one status to another to change their statuses.
For all the team members of a product, in product subdomain display a start badge along with their avatar & their name will be displayed in a different color. I am attaching the screenshot. Check the screenshot for reference
In a post, if the attachment is an image, it will display the image as a small thumbnail. Clicking on the thumbnail will open it's link in newtab
In post control for admin give option to change board in a dropdown.
In feedback screen, for each post, show number of comments present in that post, similar to how it's done in roadmap.
Any links in a post or comment should be clickable and open in a new tab.
1. Currently, for each post on the left-hand side, it displays some of the controls for admin to make it public, private, add tags, and AI summaries. These are all different cards; merge them into one card. 2. Also, mention it somewhere inside the card in muted small font - Post control only visible to admin, so that admin will know it is only visible to them and will not get confused. 3. make the card compact
Add an option to make the comments private so that any team members discussing can have a private conversation in the post itself
Allow admin team members to pin important comments to the top of a thread so they don’t get lost in long discussions. This helps users quickly see key updates, decisions, or clarifications. • Multiple comments can be pinned • show pinned comments in a highlighted way • It can also be unpinned
Add a setting to hide user names on posts and comments. This helps protect user privacy, encourages more honest feedback, and prevents exposing real identities in public-facing boards.
Merged Posts allow admins to combine duplicate or closely related feature requests into a single post. When two posts represent the same request, an admin can manually merge them. During the merge: • All upvotes from both posts are combined into one • All comments and discussions are preserved and merged • One post becomes the primary source of truth The merged post continues to collect votes and comments, while the duplicate is removed or redirected, ensuring no feedback is lost.
AI-Written Changelogs automatically transform rough notes or brief updates into clear, professional, and customer-friendly changelog entries. When a team member adds a short or unstructured changelog (e.g. bullet points or raw notes), AI will generate a complete, well-written changelog that explains: • What was released or changed • Why the change was made • How users can use the new or updated feature The generated changelog is structured, easy to understand, and ready to share with customers, while still allowing the team to review and edit before publishing. This saves time writing & easier for users to understand and adopt
When a user creates a feature request, votes on one, or comments on a post, the system should automatically keep them informed via email. Email notifications will be sent when: • The status of the feature request changes (e.g. Planned, In Progress, Completed) • New comments or updates are added to the feature request • Important activity occurs on a post the user has interacted with Users will receive timely email updates for the specific feature requests they follow, ensuring they stay informed without needing to revisit the product repeatedly.
When a user submits a new feature request, the system currently checks for duplicates based only on the request title. This often misses similar requests that are phrased differently. With AI-powered duplicate detection, the system will analyze the intent and meaning of a new feature request (not just the title) and intelligently identify existing requests that are semantically similar.
Private Boards are internal-only feedback boards designed for team collaboration. Any posts, comments, or discussions created inside a Private Board are not visible on the public feedback portal and cannot be accessed by external users. These boards are accessible only to team members who have been explicitly added by an admin. It will be used by internal team members to add feedback related to the company, early feature requests, or general product that should not be available publicly
